Generation X Gaming Recommendation - King's Bounty The Legend (PC)

Hi,
Past 3 weeks ago have been playing the title King's Bounty The Legend (PC Game). I must say this game is fantastic. I'm glue to the PC for hours during the weekend to complete multiple missions.

I would recommend this game to Generation X, social gamer for great entertainment value.
Basically, this game is a strategy game. Easy to use interface, Nice magic spells and not so complicated mission with lots of side mission is easy to play and complete. There are basically 4 island with missions and you are appointed a national searcher to search for treasures and also to complete the main mission assign by the king. You started with a small group of armies and you gradually grow your armies to a large horde once you have increase your commanding points.

The rating for this game is 8.0. [see http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/kingsbountythelegend/index.html?tag=result;title;0]

Gaming for Generation X

Hi all,
This is my first blog. As you can see from the title, i'm from generation X, in my Mid-30s, having a family, kids and elderly in my house. We're the sandwiched generation.

Gaming for generation X's have been largely ignored in Singapore. Yes, i'm from Singapore, a little-red dot located in South East Asia, 10th most expensive city in the world rated recently.

I'm exposed to digital games during my teens when some of the simple and great games were made like Pacman, Command and Conquer, Red Alert were release out in the market. They were fun and enjoyable. Each scenario playing time is from 15 mins to 30 mins, Sweet and Short.

Now, let's fast forward to 2009. Games made today in the available commercial market is getting more complex. You need to learn the game controls and interface before you can actually play the game. For social gamers like me, i think we sometimes find it difficult to play. But overall, we managed somehow to get through the learning stage and play the game.

Wont it be nice if we can have shorter scenario games for entertainment.
